With summer months upon us, it’s essential for everyone to keep cool & stay hydrated. Hot weather is the cause of many illnesses and bodily problems for many people, especially the elderly.

The Federal Government plans to build improved and nationally consistent dementia support services for all Australians following independent analysis that described the current system as lacking "consistency and coordination".

Caregiving for seniors at the end of their life can, and will, be physically and emotionally exhausting for most people. It is very important that caregivers should take some time for themselves away from caregiving tasks to balance their emotions & health and avoid burning out. 

When you are a senior, no matter how hard you try, it would be hard to not think about their impending passing. However, death is still a sensitive subject that people shy away from, especially when talking with family members or relatives.

Ageing is an inevitable process, and aging with grace can be difficult for many seniors. Nonetheless, if seniors can receive some extra support and assistance with their daily life, ageing gracefully will no longer be an imaginary vision.

No one wants to bring up dying in a conversation, especially one with older parents. Nonetheless, talking & discussing with your older loved ones about the final stage of their life is essential.

Staying independent in old age can be a little tricky due to the decline in health and other bodily functions. It is not entirely impossible for seniors to stay at home longer if they receive some extra support and assistance.

Ageing is inevitable, and with each passing decades, new pains seem to pop up out of nowhere on your body, for example a sudden headache, a pang in the joints, sore muscles, etc.
